A full set of advanced facilities, such as Japanese JUKI flat sewing machines, Brother automatic eyelet sewing machines, Korean HK ironing equipments and the Barudan embroidery machines, we also have our own big embroidery workshop in our own factory which others usually do it outside. All of these ensure quality & the precision of your hats. We have equipment engineer to check and maintain our machine to make them run in the best condition.

We apply ISO9001 quality control system to every aspect of our work flow and use AQL2.5-4.0 quality standard to do inspection and delivery goods. From material inspection, cutting panels inspection, in-line and final production inspection, also all accessories, we all have strict quality control systems to ensure that every cap and hat will pass critical quality inspection and qualified. We also carefully check for every spare thread.
